There are moments in an artist's journey when a piece becomes more than the materials used to create it.
Faith marks the beginning of a new chapter for Timeless Layers—a collection inspired by light, hope, and the quiet beauty found in timeless imagery. Months of experimentation, the development of signature atmospheric techniques, and the refinement of luminous metallic finishes all led to this moment.
Created on glass and transformed entirely by hand through the Timeless Layers process, Faith is designed to evolve throughout the day as changing natural light reveals new depth, atmosphere, and luminous metallic detail.
Rather than simply covering the glass, translucent atmospheric layers invite natural light to become part of the artwork itself. The result is an ethereal presence that appears to shift with the viewer, making every moment with the piece feel slightly different from the last.

The Timeless Layers Process
Every Timeless Layers piece begins with a vision. Sometimes that vision starts with a vintage photograph, an antique print, original imagery, or my own carefully developed digital artwork. From there, I transform that foundation through multiple hand-applied artistic processes that create depth, atmosphere, and interaction with natural light.
The result is not simply a reproduction, but an original mixed-media artwork where light itself becomes part of the finished piece.
Why Glass?
Glass possesses a unique ability to interact with light in ways that traditional canvas and wood simply cannot. Rather than merely supporting the artwork, the glass becomes an active part of the finished piece, allowing translucent atmospheric layers and luminous metallic finishes to create remarkable depth, movement, and dimension as light passes through it.

Faith is the inaugural piece in the Timeless Layers Angel Collection and will never be duplicated. While future angel-inspired works may share the same artistic philosophy, every Timeless Layers original is individually created and remains entirely unique.
